  5. Limited Ultra Analog gm 45 rpm double vinyl LP pressing. Bob Dylan''s self-titled debut is as understated of an entrance as any significant musician as ever made. Already well-versed in American roots music, Dylan simultaneously pays homage to tradition and extends it by putting his own stamp on classic material that metaphorically.
  6. Highway 61 Revisited is Bob Dylan's profile album. Containing all the sorts of material he wanted to make and all the sounds he envisioned. Dylan takes the opportunity to lash out against others in "Like A Rolling Stone" and lash out against the wild fanfare and press that followed him around in his early years in "Ballad of A Thin Man"/5().
  7. The singer's version of "Freight Train Blues" was adapted from an old disk by Roy Acuff. "Song to Woody," is another original by Bob Dylan, dedicated to one of his greatest inspirations, and written much in the musical language of his idol.
  8. Dylan's debut contains just two original songs, "Talkin' New York" and "Song to Woody" (an especially astute title given that this album works as a song to Woody Guthrie). Taking Guthrie's "talking blues" style, Dylan covers a few trad-folk numbers and dips into some country blues.
  9. Liner notes: The Original Mono Recordings is comprised of Bob Dylan's first eight long-playing albums, painstakingly reproduced from their first generation monaural mixes as the artist intended them to be heard: one channel of powerful sound, both direct and immediate. While stereo recordings had been available as early as the mids, mono was still the predominant—and often preferred.
